Make way for a 20th-century popular music icon, playing the hits and exorcising ghosts in a live double CD encompassing his golden Beach Boys days and beyond. Wilson is justly considered to be the American pop genius, a brilliance which sadly overstepped the line into madness too frequently for our, or Wilson's, comfort. Given that history, we should be grateful that he has managed to marshal his faculties to the degree that he can go out and play live, let alone do so with the joyful charm exhibited here.
