Gourmet hot dog cafes close doors

A GOURMET hot dog business has gone into liquidation after failing
to tickle enough of the Capital's taste buds.
Bau.waus Limited, which has two takeaway shops in Edinburgh, has
been forced to close its doors after a drop in demand for its German
sausages left the company's finances on the "borderline".
The company's founder today said he had paid off 14 staff and
voluntarily opted to wind up the business to prevent it from losing
more cash over the "difficult" trading months of January to April.
