Room at the inn for Stevenson exhibition

THE pub which inspired Robert Louis Stevenson to write one of his
greatest novels has opened a permanent exhibition dedicated to the
famous author.
There had been fears that renovations being carried out by the
owners of the Hawes Inn in South Queensferry would remove all links
with the author.
But new managers Caroline and David McGregor worked hard to create
the Robert Louis Stevenson Room after being enthralled by the
historic links to the author.
