SCOTTISH Opera have an attention to detail in their current
productions which makes them a fascinating and entertaining company
to watch.
Not content with furnishing Scotland with an impressive new
version of the epic Ring Cycle, they are now touring the country's
smaller concert halls with an equally enterprising production of
Eugene Onegin, Tchaikovsky's best operatic effort.
The effect is electrifying. Here is a clutch of young singers let
loose in a small space. None of them ever has to strain to achieve
