Hibs fans urged to be early
|
HIBS fans were warned to turn up early for tonight's Scottish Cup
replay with Dunfermline at Easter Road to avoid the risk of causing
chaos at the turnstiles.
In a bid to persuade supporters to turn up rather than watch the
fourth-round replay on television, Hibs have slashed admission prices
with season-ticket holders being allowed in for just 12 pounds (GBP 6
for concessions) on production of the appropriate voucher.
But, despite a plea to buy in advance, thousands have yet to do
so, prompting fears they could arrive en-masse at the ground shortly
before the 7.45pm kick-off.
