IF you are an employer in these parts, you'll be well aware that
every other school leaver who turns up (and most don't because
they've slept in) for a job interview can barely string a couple of
words together.
And those who can, often use telly soap-speak. Depressing, indeed,
but we shouldn't be over-critical of the illiterati. For to let youse
understand, it's the system wot's to blame.
An HM Inspectorate of Education report reveals that trainee
teachers have such a poor grasp of English, they can't do their jobs
