FAMILIES, FRIENDS MOURN CRASH VICTIMS

Archie Brooks spent Tuesday grieving the loss of a son and a
stepson, helping to finalize their funeral arrangements and hoping
that his dead son's girlfriend would live.
The head-on car crash that killed Brooks' son, Justin Brooks, 18,
and stepson, Joshua Serreno, 24, along with another man Sunday in
Bedford County, also seriously injured 17-year-old Chelsea Keenon, a
student at Glenvar High School in Roanoke County.
"We faced two deaths in this family, but we're not forgetting
about Chelsea," Brooks said. "Our thoughts and prayers are with
Chelsea right now."
