Einertson inscribed "whatever it takes" on the bill of his baseball
cap.
For the Salem Avalanche, it takes getting Einertson to the plate

runs Saturday night as the Avalanche pounded Frederick 11-4 for its
sixth straight Carolina League win at Salem Memorial Baseball
