James Clinton Repass, Jr., 80, of Wingina, passed away Saturday, February 4, 2006 at his residence. He is survived by his wife, Kathryn Marshall Repass. Born February 3, 1926 in Bland County, he was the son of the late James Clinton Repass, Sr., and the late Zola Belle Morehead Repass. He had served in the U.S. Army Air Corp and retired from I.T.T. in Salem after over 25 years of employment.
