William Hamilton Parcell, Jr. (Billy), 81, of Rocky Mount, died
Tuesday, March 8, 2005 at his residence following a five year battle
with Multiple Myeloma. He retired from Rocky Mount Post Office as a
Rural Letter Carrier and following retirement he was an employee of
Flora Funeral Service. He supported the American Red Cross as a
faithful blood donor having donated over 19 gallons. He was a member
of Beulah Baptist Church, Sontag Community Club and the former Sontag
Ruritan Club. He was born August 16, 1923, a son of the late Willie
H. and Eva English Parcell. He is survived by his loving ...
