Maple Leaf Bakery in Roanoke is expanding again and plans to spend
$12.3 million to add nearly 44,000 square feet and a new production
line.
When the expansion is complete, the Maple Leaf Bakery plant will
be more than 200,000 square feet.
Al Sautner is plant manager for Maple Leaf's production bakery in
the Roanoke Centre for Industry & Technology. Sautner said the bakery
