RANCHO CUCAMONGA - The corner of the city near the Upland border known as Red Hill boasts a series of narrow, winding streets that lead to clusters of homes and condos - some with jaw-dropping views.

This is the kind of tight-knit community where neighbors who have lived here for a decade are considered newcomers. It's a relatively safe, quaint place.
