Freightways buys Aust data storage firm

Freightways has made its first offshore acquisition picking up
Australia's No. 2 data storage company for $A30 million.
The express freight company hinted that its purchase of Databank
Technologies was the first step in a larger expansion across the
Tasman.
"DataBank will be a catalyst for future offshore growth in niche
markets where we have proven capability," Freightways managing
director Dean Bracewell said.
