'Mad Dog' Prebble loses his bite

Resigning the leadership of the ACT political party is only the
latest instalment of drama in the political career of Richard
Prebble, who, as a bolshie Labour MP, first earned the moniker `Mad
Dog' for daring to challenge the then Prime Minister and National
party leader, Sir Robert Muldoon, in the House of Representatives.
