Jack Cade ready for return bout
|
Premier Yaldhurst trainer Mark Purdon and Jack Cade are all set
for a return clash with Just An Excuse in Sydney.
Purdon is chasing an elusive first win in Australasia's richest
sprint, the $A600,000 ($678,000) SEW Eurodrive Miracle Mile, with
Jack Cade.
As of last night, the New South Wales Harness Racing Club had
given Purdon no indication of an official invitation, but Purdon was
expecting one.
After winning yesterday's $100,000 Lindauer New Zealand Free-For-
All at Addington, Jack Cade looks certain to be promoted from the
club's shortlist to the starting line-up.
