Dorian L. Brown, the young Guardian Angel killed by a
self-inflicted gunshot wound in Landover last week in what was first
thought to be a murder, was buried yesterday amid hope by Guardian
Angel leaders that his death will not diminish community faith in the
volunteer crime-fighting group.
Brown, 19, a Guardian Angels trainee, died Aug. 19 in what police
later determined was a round of Russian roulette with two other
trainees in the group's office at the drug-ridden Kent Village
