CANTERBURY STOCK SALE

Prime lamb prices rose a little at this week's Canterbury
Agricultural Park sale, while prime ewe prices held at previous
levels.
There was a good yarding of store lambs for this time of year, but
few mated ewes were on offer. Store cattle were in demand, but
insufficient are coming forward to satisfy demand.
PRIME LAMBS
Values: Heavy $95 to $100 with the odd sale to $120, medium $84 to
$90, light $70 to $75.
