DAYTON -- The car that struck and killed 17-year-old Julian Hill last month was traveling 95 mph in a 35 mph zone, an accident reconstruction expert testified Friday.

Dexter S. Moore II, who is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide in the Sept. 7 death of Hill, asked the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court to reduce his $100,000 cash or surety bond in the case. Judge Mary Katherine Huffman on Friday rejected the motion and kept the bond at $100,000.
