Joseph suspended without pay; judge rules in Henry's favor

CINCINNATI -- Johnathan Joseph's debt from his marijuana arrest in
January finally came due on Tuesday when NFL Commissioner Roger
Goodell suspended the Bengals' cornerback without pay for Sunday's
game at Kansas City.
The league also fined Joseph an additional game check for
violating the NFL's substance-abuse policy. Two game checks at
$21,177 apiece totals $42,344.
Meanwhile, Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry was in an Orlando,
