Patterson new Airport Authority secretary-treasurer

WOOSTER -- The Wayne County commissioners approved hiring a
secretary-treasurer for the airport authority and made local money
available to pay contractors working on the airport project until
federal dollars are released.
Jill Patterson succeeds Arlene Moore as secretary-treasurer of the
Wayne County Airport Authority. Moore served in that capacity for
nearly 20 years before deciding to step down.
