Sedgwick man charged in Penobscot accident
|
PENOBSCOT - A Sedgwick man has been charged with a driving offense
after a two-car accident on Route 175, according to police.
Ryan Daugherty, 19, was driving a 1990 Pontiac south on the state
road around 1 p.m. Sunday when he reportedly pulled into the oncoming
lane of traffic to pass another car and struck a 2003 GMC truck
"nearly head-on," according to Hancock County Sheriff's Deputy Jeff
McFarland.
Daugherty has been summoned on a charge of driving to endanger,
McFarland said...
