Take time to meet Him in Galilee

When Jesus died on the cross, Christianity came to a standstill. Some of the disciples believed that following Jesus would guarantee them positions of prestige and power. They loved to hear the stories of how wonderful the kingdom would be, but hated to hear Jesus speak of His death. If Jesus died, so would their dreams. Talk of death and resurrection therefore probably went in one ear and out the other along with one very important instruction: "Meet me in Galilee."

This is why on that first Easter morning first an angel and then Jesus informed the women at the tomb to remind the disciples ...
