A Rio Rancho widow's ninemonth dispute with a building contractor
over damage he caused to her property has reached partial resolution -
- but work remains to be done.
Jan Waite is still wondering when contractor Keith Waggoner of
Citrine Homes will repair the piping system that drains rain water
from her back yard.
Waggoner has admitted he caused the damage while excavating the
vacant lot next door, where he is building a home.
