Lessons from the sandwich snob

I am a sandwich snob. I tolerate nothing but the finest ingredients, the most strategic arrangements and the most decadent displays of sandwich-making.

Specific and intricate details separate a good sandwich from a bad sandwich -- the most important of which, in my case, is me. The only guarantee I have in this world of getting a great sandwich comes from the fact that I make it myself. Even my own parents deliver a sandwich riddled with flaws and gaps, and that's why I have now rejected all sandwich offers from others and make my lunch on my own.
