Get over last week's remarkable snowfall here. Spring break is unfolding across the country, and for college kids it means a week or so away from the daily grind of classes, tests and homework.

If you believe popular television shows, spring break is all about bikinis, cold beer and warm waves rolling in from the sea.

"If there's a shortage of kids in Texas this week, don't worry. I've found them on this spring break sailing from Galveston," wrote R. Alan Fox, chairman and CEO of a company called Vacations to Go in Houston. The sailing was to the Western Caribbean on a Princess cruise ship. ...
