Saddlebred Competes In State Fair Event

The only thing on Melanie Omer's mind when she entered the state fair horse show ring Sunday was that she wanted the 6-year-old Saddlebred she was riding to behave.

Firebreak doesn't like being in a show ring and while he didn't win a blue ribbon, he did behave.

Omer said the gelding has a history of flipping over on his riders.
