Moody's Investors Service today assigned thefollowing global scale ratings to Bank Uralsky Financial House ("UralFD"): a bank financial strength rating ("BFSR") of E+ and long-term andshort- term local and foreign currency deposit ratings of B3/Not Prime.Concurrently, Moody's Interfax Rating Agency assigned a long- termnational scale rating of Baa2.ru to Ural FD.
