POTOSI, Wis. - A well-known building, once the queen of this
Mississippi River community, stood crumbling, seemingly sentenced to
a cruel fate.
Not anymore.
Denis David, a key player in the Potosi Brewery's resurrection, is
taking the restoration effort to its completion.
David, a Seattle businessman who grew up in Potosi, is the new
president of the Potosi Brewery Foundation. The non-profit
organization is responsible for the $3.8 million project. David has
served on the foundation's board of directors since its inception.
