The weather this time of year might be less than ideal for outdoor
activities, but each winter, opportunities to pick up a little
education indoors abound.
Our tri-state area extension services offer a bunch of workshops
and seminars in the "off-season" to give us ideas and perspectives to
try when the spring thaw finally does arrive.
