An immigrant's perspective on Thanksgiving

Food, football, family and friends are all things people look
forward to on Thanksgiving. What if all these privileges were new and
strange? What if you didn't even know what Thanksgiving was?
This is how many immigrants feel when they first come to the
United States. Some immigrants don't understand why a whole holiday
is dedicated to eating turkey. "The thing I remember most about my
