Our view: Hope House provides vital service - and needs help

Readers who've followed The Capital's stories about "Maggie," the Annapolis prostitute addicted to drugs, share our disappointment over her inability to stay in treatment. She and her twin sister, also an addict, are two of many people whose lives on the street are spiraling out of control. Unless treatment centers are open to them, there will be no happy endings.

That brings us to Hope House, the drug treatment center that came to Maggie's aid.
