Ski Resort Developer Pushes On; Frederick Officials Say They're Helpless

Frederick County officials say there is no legal way to stop developers from cutting ski trails on College Mountain for a ski resort the county turned down three years ago.

"If we had a legal way, we would have used it," Frederick County Commissioners President Ron Sundergill said this week. "There is no way we can come up with to stop the work from being done."
