IT'S BEEN a little more than a year since Moe and Josh Flatbush,
the greedy Jewish nightclub owners in Spike Lee's "Mo' Better
Blues," were attacked by movie critics and Jewish groups as
perpetuating classic Jewish stereotypes. But the Flatbushes, it
