Giants' Handley Starts at the Top; Different Approach For NFL Champions

With the 21st century within shouting distance, maybe there soon will be a new breed of football coach. There are sure to be new and improved televisions and microwave ovens, so it is indeed possible that a new make of NFL coach also will leave the factory shelves.

Ray Handley, who replaces Bill Parcells as the head man of the New York Giants, seems to be of that variety. He's a football coach who could quit and become a lawyer, who never sleeps in his office and who puts football in perspective.
