WOMEN; Cavs Try To Avoid Upset Bug

The Virginia women's basketball team finds itself in an odd
position at the NCAA tournament's Midwest Regional: the front-runner
in a tournament that suddenly has become quite dangerous for
front-runners.
The top-seeded and second-ranked Cavaliers (28-2) will face
fifth-seeded and 25th-ranked Oklahoma State (27-5) Thursday at 7:30
p.m., followed by the other regional semifinal between third-seeded
Arkansas and 10th-seeded Lamar.
