pop singers Hacken Lee, Gigi Leung and Kelly Chen singing the Basic
Law theme song has been launched to celebrate the 16th anniversary of
the promulgation of the Basic Law. The theme song was composed by
Chan Fai-young, with lyrics by Cheng Kok-kong. Secretary for
