According to "Tehran Times", Iran is determined in its decision to fight, Caspian Sea pest Mnemiopsis Leidyi. The comb jellyfish newly introduced into the Caspian Sea which feeds on the food resources of the kilka fish, the director of the Research Institute of Iran's Fisheries Company said. Since neighboring Caspian Sea littoral states have not been much affected by the scourge, they do not show interest in cooperation with Iran in its fight against the pest, Abbasali Motallebi added.
