KUALA LUMPUR: Former secretary-general of the Rural Development
Ministry
Datuk Dr Abdul Aziz Muhammad will know his fate on Nov 11 when the
Sessions Court decide whether he is guilty of criminal breach of
trust
(CBT) and cheating involving money allocated for the Hardcore Poor
Assistance Programme (PPRT).
Sessions Judge Mohd Zaki Abd Wahab yesterday fixed the date after
hearing submissions from both the prosecution and defence.
The first charge against Abdul Aziz, 60, now a businessman, stated

he deceived the then Second Finance Minister Datuk Mustapa Mohamed
