PUTRAJAYA: Desperate to get replacements for their maids who have returned home under the amnesty programme, many employers have gone to the Foreign Labour Division in Putrajaya to submit their applications.

However, they have been made to wait for more than two weeks for their applications to be processed.

Others complained that they had to spend the whole day in the Immigration Department in Putrajaya to get their applications processed.
