Two CD peddlers nabbed

A CD peddler from Sungai Besar, Selangor, was arrested by the Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Ministry yesterday.

The 20-year-old was arrested at 12.05am at a coffee shop at Pandan Indah by a five-man enforcement team led by Idrus Ismail. They seized 147 CDs worth RM1,176 from the peddler.

Earlier, the same team also raided a night market in Taman Cahaya, Ampang, where five stalls were openly selling pirated VCDs. The team managed to...
