IWW: Power plant job to go full swing in March

WORK on the land reclamation and soil improvement project of SKS Power Sdn Bhd's new 2,100 megawatt coal-fired power plant in Tanjung Bin, Johor is expected to begin in full swing next month, IMW Dredging Sdn Bhd said.

"We are carrying out preliminary work on the project site. We expect the equipment to arrive on March 15 and work to start immediately," IMW Dredgings deputy project manager, Sallehuddin Abu told Mail Money yesterday.
