Time: 108 minutes Rating: *** AFTER five minutes into the movie, I
was expecting some inspirational high school melodrama like Mr
Holland's Opus and Dead Poets Society.
All the signs of those `teacher-inspiring-students' sagas are
there - including a scene in which freshmen are shown pictures of the
past years' top achievers in the school's hall of fame - just like
Robin Williams' `flower-pushers' sequence in Dead Poets Society.
In this case, the past greats are dubbed the `Emperor's Club' -
winners of St Benedict School's coveted ...
