Victories came too late for VI

VICTORIA INSTITUTION's (VI) 6-0 mastery over Bandaraya and 3-1 win
over Sungai Besi were not enough as these wins failed to take them to
the semifinals of the KLHA-MSSKL Schools Hockey League.
VI were one of the favourites to make the semis but a spell of
losses left coach N. Gananathan speechless.
"Well, what more can I say, VI is out of the league. Nevertheless,
we certainly enjoyed our stay and hope that KLHA would make this an
annual affair." said Gananathan.
