Major renovations in the works for Camp Squanto ; 55-year-old campground to be updated

PLYMOUTH - Old Colony Council scouting officials are planning a
major renovation of the 650-acre Camp Squanto, next to the Myles
Standish State Forest.
The 55-year-old campground serves about 21,800 Boy Scouts each
year and is considered one of the Boy Scouts of America's premier
camping sites.
The Old Colony Council, based in Canton, is one of 300 Boy Scouts
of America councils and the second-largest in Massachusetts.
