Tom's campaign to limit liability for riding stables

Dartmoor horseman Tom Widdicombe has found a novel way to try and overturn the claim culture which has been damaging the equine industry and threatening the demise of many small riding establishments with prohibitive insurance premiums.

Tom has discovered that in the USA where the "claim culture" was invented, legislators in the majority of states have introduced legal amendments to limit liability for equine professionals.

He is now hoping to begin a campaign for similar modifications to UK law which would result in riders or visitors to equine establishments accepting the risks inherent in ...
