Police are anxious to trace a teenager missing from his Buchan home. John McDonald has been reported missing by his parents in Crimond, where he was last seen on Friday. It is thought the 16-year- old may have travelled to Aberdeen to visit friends in the Garthdee area. He is described as being 5ft 6in tall, with short brown hair and, when last seen, was wearing a white cardigan, black cord trousers and white trainers. Anyone with information asked to call police on 0845 600 5700.
