University students may face parking charges in old Aberdeen

Students with cars could face parking charges in Old Aberdeen or a
multi-story car park on site after the city council agreed to support
a travel plan to reduce the volume of traffic cluttering the campus.
The university's transport plan, currently under consultation,
would offer students a range of travel options in a bid to eradicate
the overspill of cars on to nearby streets, and to encourage them to
think about environmental factors.
