Two admit sex offences against child in Moray

A 23-year-old man and his former partner have admitted a string of serious sex charges against a child.

William Duncan and Lisa Stuart, known as Duncan, filmed the girl having sex with them, repeatedly had sex in front of her and induced her to video record them.

He also raped the girl by himself, on various occasions between July 1, 2003, and March 2005.

After two days of evidence at the High Court in Aberdeen, the pair - who are both parents themselves - yesterday changed their not guilty pleas to most of the charges they faced.
