Fed: Comedian's joke upsets US military officer

SYDNEY, Sept 26 AAP - Australian comedian George Smilovici has reportedly been warned
to avoid jokes about "sensitive issues" after he upset a senior American military officer
during a Middle Eastern tour.

The comedian told The Sun-Herald he received a "little letter" advising him to steer
clear of certain topics after causing offence during a concert in Kuwait or Oman.

Mr Smilovici could not be specific but said it was not his jokes about Prime Minister
