Dozens of Ukrainians from Moldova's breakaway Trans-Dniester region rallied Thursday outside Ukraine's Central Election Commission, demanding the right to vote in Ukraine's presidential election next month.
"We demand our legal rights to elect the Ukrainian President," said Volodymyr Bodnar, the head of the Association of Trans-Dniester Ukrainians, which represents the 50,000-stong minority.
